We updated to Adobe Photoshop 22 CC and it reported that it was incompatible with Windows 10 version. We then updated windows 10 to the point where it says all updates have been installed. Lightroom CC 11 is working fine. We removed creative cloud and reinstalled it and photoshop from scratch. Still the same incompatibility problem. Any ideas?

Can you post a screen shot of the exact error you are seeing?

If you type "About your PC" in the start menu, What does it say under Windows Specification? (screenshot would be helpful)
