PS - ERROR - CTRL + ALT + i.png

Solution I did:

Preferences, Performace, unchech the Graphic Processors, after that. works fine PS not crashing anymore, but there are another problem encountered that was the graphic from my screen become slow and the zoom tool for shorcut key like CTRL+Space bar the mouse drag from left to right or right to left that shoud be zoom in and out. but the response after uncheck the "use GRAPHIC PROCESSOR", only zoom in.

Hi

If disabling the GPU fixes the issue you should look to updating/reinstalling your GPU driver from the manufactures website

That is an interning answer. Can you tell step by step how to do that or add a possible link if it is generic? I am sure many people would like to know. Because I see this question quite often.🙂

Just go the GPU manufactures website and do a search for the GPU you have, in my case I would search for the RTX 3090 and select the Sudio driver version
