Adobe Photoshop Locked out and can't get into Photoshop!

Can't open Photoshop but LR and Bridge works.

These two are unrelated. The GPU message means that your GPU is below requirements and cannot be used. That cripples Photoshop somewhat, but it will still work, with limitations. Note that the GPU "feature level" is what the GPU can actually do on hardware level. It's not something you can update. The only remedy for that is a newer and more powerful GPU.

The other message looks like an error in launching the application (although it doesn't say what). That could be, for instance, a corrupt install.

how do I delete Error Report "Adobe Photoshop"
Adobe has found a solution or workaround for the recent error in Adobe
Photoshop.
Any help would be appreciated,
