Hi,

We are having issues with one of the devices we had in the office. As per the subject, we are having an issue with the Liquify tool.

Here are the procedures we have done with the computer.
1. Modify Preference to lower
2. Update Adobe to the latest
3. Uninstall and Reinstall Adobe PS

Before this steps have been done. We already perfomed Disk Clean-up and Disk Check.
We can't clean or format the scratch disk since it is the actual drive where the Operating System is installed.

Hope the community could help us 🙂

Hi, how much video RAM do you have on your GPU?

Please post the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.

In the past such an issue was caused also by GPUs that did not have enough RAM, running Liquify from the CPU, by holding ALT as you click on liquify, lets you do that, slower... see: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-disk-error-using-liquify/idi-p/12874213/pa...
