Adobe PS Photo Tiers Cloud Storage

I am about to purchase the Adobe suite that comes with PS, LR, PS for iPad, Spark, Portfolio, and 20 GB Cloud Storage. My question is: If I create a website in Portfolio, is that storage included in the 20 GB ram, or is it "hosted for free," as I have read?
