Adobe user experience

I’m not ok with Adobe adding software without permission or knowledge and having it start up every time I start my computer. This invasion of customer interface satisfaction is to my regret the Adobe way. I was recently asked if I wanted to apply image and I hadn’t been in the applied image dialog box it just randomly came up.  I attached a screenshot of a dialog box that comes up telling me this is being synced to the Adobe cloud. I’m the one that synced it and there's an icon on the tab that implies that. It is just in my way. I have received random charges that were a nightmare to get resolved through chat. Screenshots attached. The worst service I have ever received from a company has been through Chat. The delay between asking a question and getting a response cripples any chance of consumer satisfaction. I must conclude by saying I'm grateful to be a member of the Creative Cloud All Apps and subscribe to Substance.
