I have Windows 10. How do I make the tab open smaller? It doesn't regognize that it should stop where my three panels begin. Always did before the update. If I use the photo workspace, I have little control on how I want my workspace to look. Ideas, other than to just drag it a bit and it takes care of it? This shouldn't be happening. Just one the the annual annoyances one has to deal with when we get the annual  upgrade. ThanksPhothoshop.jpg

Your panels were undocked. Grab by the header and drag until the cursor hits the screen edge. When a blue line appears, drop.

That totally messed me up. I docked the first panel up top with history and actions. Worked great, then I did the other two and they both docked next to each other, taking up about a third of my screen. Now I can't seem to undo any of it. I deleted all  but everything I now add is docked and then the next tab group is docked nex to that one, not underneath where i want it.

Well, I meant dock to the sides, not the top...

You can just drag them out and back. Nothing irreversible here.
