Today, I updated my Macbook Pro to MacOs Ventura version 13.0.1.  When I tried to send an image from Lightroom to my Topaz Denoise plugin, I received the following message

“Topaz DeNoise AI” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

Has this happened to anyone else or can anyone help me correct it?  Should I try uninstalling Topaz then reinstalling?  Is this an Apple issue?

Please try to reinstall DeNoise. If it doesn't help please contact the Topaz support.
