Hi all, I just did all the new updates by the CC app which were released a few days ago. All went okay except the Photoshop Classic app. I can install it, but when I try to open it, it gives the startup image and then I get a message which says translated in English: 'Photshop failed to initialize due to disk error'

I tried to re-install Photoshop several times but it does not help.
I tried to re-install the previous Photoshop version and it gives also the same error.

Can anyone give me a clue because I also can't find something online either.

I am running Windows 10 Pro N

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, I read the article and installed the Media Feature Pack and it works now!!
Even Premiere Rush which also did not respond at all.

Thanks!!
