After years PS CS6 (and LR5) refuse working – due to 'no subscription'. How to get it working again?

Hi all. Is somebody still working an a Mac using PS CS6?

Here: iMac (2010); Mac OS 10.8.2; PS CS6 (and LR5).

Until yesterday I’ve been working for years with this combination. Fits my needs exactly. From yesterday on PS CS6 (and the photo development module of LR5) refuse to work. Instead the Adobe Application Manager starts and tells me about a failed connection towards the Adobe servers. For the first time, it seems, I should establish a connection to a subscription. But PS CS6 (and LR5) are not Adobe CC apps. The dilemma now: I can’t technically link PS CS6 (and LR5) to my subscription via the Adobe Application Manager (I pay for one for my MacBook) – but PS CS6 doesn’t work without forcing me to "pay" before working further.

What can I do to work on as I did for the last years? Thank you!
