AI doesn't work in Photoshop

When selecting an area and applying a generative fill, it gives this error. Photoshop was installed from the original Adobe Creative Cloud program. what to do?

It's best to go directly to Adobe chat support so they can take a look at what's going on with your subscription and give you steps to fix this. In addition to what JEL said, can you go to Help > About and Copy, then Paste the entire contents into a Reply window in this thread?

 

Also, you said you installed Photoshop from the CC app, but you did not say if you have a valid paid subscription, which is required for Generative Fill.
