AI generator not working.

Hello all,

I have this ongoing message that pops up when I try to genarate something on Photoshop (v 26.48). 

Computer specks: 

• Intel (R) Core (TM) Ultra 7 155U
• 16 Gigs of RAM
• Intel (R) Graphics

This should be the right amount of prosessing power to genarate whole/parts of an image.

Is there a fix for that?

Hey, @fred_gmc. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found two profiles in your account, one of which has an active subscription from an Institute.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/4iKsXwk

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.

Hello @Sameer K , Yes my account is mangaed my an oganasation. The only thing is that it used to work and then when iI updated Photoshop, it randomly stoped.

I will try the online verson.
