I have the SAME issue with Photoshop Generative AI. It doesn't generate at all.

Photoshop version I have tried this recently:
v25.2.0
v25.3.1

This was WORKING fine Yesterday.

What does Help > GPU Compatibility state? 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

It was Working yesterday. It means, photoshop was not having this issue at all nor the rest of the previous days. This means, TODAY, this happened by not GENERATING at all(GEN AI). FIrst it took a long time to load then gives an error.

Again, it WAS WORKING yesterday and the previous days.

I did troubleshoot this. And rebooted my PC and still having this issue. After researching, it looks like I am not alone in this issue.

Thanks Adobe for the fast action. Its now resolved itself. I guess someone in adobe saw and fix this. 🙂
