AI Subject/Background Mask

I am having issues with my Subject/Background AI masks. I will add or sync them in the gallery, have to go through each image and update the mask, then I will go back to the image later and have to do it again! The mask won't stay updated and it is soooo frustrating!

I have uninstalled and re-installed. I am baffled as to what is going on. I even had the guy on chat try to fix it and it still wont work.

Please help!
