Hi @ximena279216380lj6 it sounds like you work in a setting were you have an IT administrator that manages your Ps subscription, is this true?  Check your CC desktop login and make sure you are logged in correctly. If not, log off and back in with the correct account and see if this solves this issue.

no se que esta pidiendo pero queremos una respuesta ya que el 30 de abril estamos a punto de entregar proyectos FORMATIVOS y no tenemos los programas para crear los postes, mejorar audios y editar los videos que tenemos que precentar a los ejecutivos del Sena CDAE VILLETA. solucionen esto YAAA... porfavor.

Hola! buscando encontré la solución a este problema en el foro https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/help-needed-egress-ip-s-not-recognized/t....  

go to the "Go" option at the top side of the screen/desktop, select "Go to Folder" option and enter this location "/Library/Application Support/Adobe" on that box and under Adobe folder search for "OperatingConfigs" folder which you can remove/delete from the machine.
