Algunos archivos PSD no me abren

Estoy teniendo algunos problemas con el programa desde su ultima actualizacion, algunos archivos no me abren. No me sale ningun tipo de error, solamente no abren. Realmemte ya hice todo el troubleshoot necesario y no se que mas hacer.

1. Desintale e instale el programa de nuevo

2. Instale versiones anteriores

3. Cambie confirguraciones a predeterminadas

y demas

Have you reset your permissions? Reinstalling the software does not automatically mean the prefs were replaced.

Go to Photoshop Preferences/General and click the reset preferences on quit button. Restart Photoshop.
