All Creative Cloud Files Disappeared

In early July I began working on a piece on my iPad. I get Photoshop for a reduced rate through my University. I haven't been able to work on this for about a month and a half. Upon opening Photshop I was forced to re-log in. When I went to the files everything was gone. I had been saving to the cloud and but there was nothing. As if the account was completely new and unused. What is going on? Are all the files gone indefinetly? Is there a way I could get them back?

I've been reading these and could not find anything that matched my current circumstances. If anyone could help that would mean a lot to me.

Did you use the same log-in and password?

If the account was through your university, check with your IT department first.
