All files open and look corrupted in Photoshop 22

I hope someone can help - I dont know if this is a bug in PS 22 - but when I open any file in PS, it just opens like the pic below? it looks like it's corrupted? Can anyone help?

Hi Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps, also have you updated your GPU driver from the manufacturers website
