All layers move within document

I'm having a really annoying issue with Photoshop. When l go to move a single layer within a group all of the other layers move too!

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

What are the Move Tool’s settings in the Optiona Bar (Auto-Select, Layer, Group, …)?

Check to see if you have your selection set to group and auto select is unchecked.

In addition, other possible reasons include:

• Multiple layers are linked and need to be unlinked
• Multiple layers are selected. 

Without a screen shot, we can only guess.
