Please help! ALL (and I mean ALL) of my icc profiles are unable to load under color settings. None of my icc profiles are listed in the dropdown when trying to select a profile within photoshop. It does not matter if I try "load rgb" or "load cmyk" either... nothing happens .. not even a warning or failure notice... absolutely nothing happens after attempting to load an icc profile - the dialog box still shows "load rgb..." or "load cmy...". I have also tried re-installing Photoshop with the same result. I have verified that the icc files are still in the "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color" directory, but they do not show up in the drop-down menu when trying to select a profile in photoshop. The do show up when trying to "load rgb/cmyk" manually, but they do not load when selected. I have tried manually removing specific icc profiles, downloading new files directly from the paper manufacturer, and reinstalling the new icc profile, but that too does not work. What can I do?
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
I have something similar, I have icc profiles from epson but i want to load the icc of koala paper but it don't show up in drop down menu while I ave the profile in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color
