So I use the newest update of photoshop 2023 on M1 iMac 2021 and I'm having a lot of trouble. For no particular reason the hand is the only tool available in tools for “me” and it does absolutely nothing. It doesn’t work during the training or regular editing. I reset preferences and reinstall, nothing...only thing is restart my iMac (everyday!). Please Adobe, what’s up? I repeat: cannot select a tool from the tool bar...all are now becoming a hand tool. Very frustrating and only a computer restart can temporarily fix this issue. It returns without an obvious trigger action. Is there anything to cure this recurring issue?
