Fragen:

- Was soll das?

Vincent

If you move files in your synced Creative Cloud folder on your local machine, that will cause files to move/delete in your Cloud instance. I've seen this numerous times - someone deletes a file locally, and then after a period of time they go to their Cloud assets site and notice they are missing there too.

Most files are available in the deleted folder until permanently deleted (by the user).

If you are getting the error "Some files are unrecoverable" either they were not synced properly from your local instance (numerous causes - poor internet connection, interrupted sync by moving files, deleting root folder, etc).

Have you tried contacting Adobe Support via chat?

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html and make sure you are logged in with the ID of the affected storage.

Type "Agent" (in quotes) to get a person who can assist you live and look at your account.
