Um das beta feature Generative Infill zu nutzen muss man mindesten 18 Jahre alt sein. Wenn ich das Feature verwenden möchte bekomme ich eine meldung das aus den Acount einstellungen hevor geht das ich noch keine 18 Jahre alt bin. Jedoch bin ich 18 Jahre alt. Wie bekomme ich Adobe jetzt davon überzeugt, bzw kann mein Geburstdatum anpassen. (Vermutung ist das beim erstellen des Acc das Datum der Firmengründung angegeben wurde (2012)) Leider habe ich keine Einstellung zum Geburtsdatum gefunden.
1 - Sign out and sign back in to both the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the Photoshop (beta) app 2 - Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth . 3 - If you sign in using social sign-in (Apple, Google, and Facebook), ensure that your date of birth in that account is set to public instead of private.
Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill .
Hi @Martin30152251z88q if you do not see an option to enter your DOB in Behance, Adobe Customer Care can assist you. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue. Or you can reach out on Twitter at AdobeCare
I'll ping the team. The only reason Customer Care will not assist is if the user entered a value previously that shows they are underage. They will not let them enter a new date to bypass. If the user has an older ID that did not have a value entered prior to age verification, they will help them enter a first time value.
