I recently downloaded the Amster font, because I needed its specific apostrophe (' ). But when using it in Photoshop/Illustrattor, the symbol type was different. why this difference?

I'll need more info on this to help you figure this out. I tried using the font in Photoshop & Illustrator side by side & the font appeared identical.
