When I run PS, I get the following message:

The problem is probably on our side, but it is also possible that you are not connected to the Internet. Please check your internet connection and try again later. If you still experience problems, see the troubleshooting guide.

Are you connected to the internet? Have you checked your firewall/Windows Defender settings to make sure PS and Adobe are allowed?
