I've been using Adobe for about 7 years maybe. And I can't be the only one that has to call Adobe customer service or spend hours on this forum wasting time that could be spent working to fix the incompetence of Adobe products. And I imagine if we all did something together to either have them adjust the price or something we would have far more success than working alone. We all spend at least $400 a year on this software it's incredibly expensive and it is one of the worst pieces of technology I've ever used and I am sure I'm not alone.
