Hello everyone, I can't speak to Adobe support even in chat. I haven't launched any apps on my mac for weeks. Sometimes 30 minutes go by and then it opens, or they never open and I have to force exit. It happens with Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. All apps are up to date. I have the Big Sur system on my Mac. I can't find any solution! Thanks.

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?
