Application Frame image history erase

Photoshop 2021 (v22.1).  I use the Window > Application Frame  (also known sometimes as Window > Options).  Is there a way to erase the image history between big projects? I see I can sort the thumbnail images, but I would just like to start fresh once in awhile with a blank slate.

I don't see anything on that screen or in preferences. Ideas?

Here is the answer:

As you open new files, the history of recently opened files will change.

Go to File > Open Recent > scroll down to Clear Recent File List

That removes all the recent photo thumbnails in the application frame.
