Arabic Language for photoshop

I installed adobe creative cloud on my laptop 

I am trying to install the photoshop app in full Arabic language but I didn't see the Arabic language 

I go to preference then apps then default install language but didn't find the Arabic 

how I can get photoshop in full Arabic language?

When you say full Arabic Language, you need to know that the interface is in English regardless of whether you have the Middle Eastern version or not.
