Archives doesn’t open flashing screen

Good afternoon, i am having a problem with my photoshop, every time i try to open an archive, it opens the editing screen but the archive doesn't show up, instead the screen just flashes lights no stop, i saw some videos saying that you need to unmarck the option of the graphics processor, but i need these to work, does anyone now how to resolve?

@Isabella29161880k2q1 go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop
