Art Pen problems with Cintiq 24 Pro

I just upgraded to a new Cintiq 24 Pro and it's not playing nice with the Art Pen.

Pen pressure is inconsistent and jittery with the Art Pen. The Pro Pen works great but I rely on the Art Pen's barrel rotation for work.

I've tried disabling pen settings, restarting my computer (iMac 27" 2017), updating photoshop, etc.

Anyone have suggestions for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update:

Over 2 years later and still not fixed. Got a replacement Art Pen, didn't fix the issue. Not sure what to try now.
