Assigning ICC profile throws error in Photoshop v25.2 but not previous versions

Platform and OS: Windows 11

Assigning an input ICC profile I made throws an error in Photoshop v25.2.

This ICC profile worked and assigned fine in 25.0 and 25.1, I tested this by downgrading Photoshop to v25.1 and I was sucessfully able to asign the ICC profile but when I upgraded again to 25.2, I run into the error below when trying to assign it to an image.

"Could not complete your request because the ICC profile is invalid"

I am unable to attach the ICC profile to this bug report as it is "not a supported format" for this form, but if you need to for your investigation, please let me know I can send it to you.

I encounter the same problem when I tried to assign a scanner profile with Photoshop 25.2 !

I use Mac OSX Ventura 13.6.1 with a macMini M1.
