(Automatically) re-aligning and scaling imperfect time lapse photo's inPhotoshop?

I have about 100 pictures wich were taken as a time lapse over the course of a growing season, but unfortunately, the camera position was not exact enough for them to make a suitable time lapse video (too jumpy). There are minor chanes in alignment and scale, but not that much that all is lost. Is there a way in which I could more or less automatically correct this? (Otherwise I will have to pick a smaller sample (maybe 20 pictures or so) and do it by hand by using layer transparency). Thanks in advance for any help / ideas.
