it's the second time I download photoshop and I have all kinds of problems, I have a mac MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
the Adobe subscription is very expensive and I have to use an older version of photoshop

Welcome to this friendly forum.
Sorry to hear you're having problems running Photoshop, what are the actual issues?
Can you also confirm the exact version of Photoshop and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity you have?
Have you tried testing the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
If that doesn't work come back here for more suggestions.
(Presumably, you have subscribed to the Photography Plan which includes both Photoshop and Lightroom and costs around $10 a month?)
