Banner printing problems from Photoshop to Epson SC P800

Anyone had success in printing custom length sizes to roll paper from Photoshop? I've contacted Epson with the issue, and they say it's an Adobe issue.

I've tried setting up custom paper length to correct width - in this case the 17" roll, but to no joy, and much frustration...

Thanks!

Screen Shot 2017-08-24 at 13.56.36.pngYes, am on a Mac (El Capitan)

I can't find a borderless A2 roll paper option in the driver. See screenshot. I can't get the correct images within the print window dialogue box - the image is always cropped to A2 length, unlike the elongated creek pic on that link.

The 'What's the maximum image length allowed when printing a banner or long image on roll paper?.' link has expired.

@G. Brian5C94 – Perhaps try saving a copy of the file as a Photoshop PDF file, then print using the free Acrobat Reader app to see if things work better there.
