Beginner following tutorials that are inaccurate

Hello,

I'm using Photoshop 24.0.1 on a MacOs Big Sur

I'm trying to learn via tutorials and I was following this: https://helpx.adobe.com/it/photoshop/how-to/composite-in-photoshop.html?playlist=/services/playlist.... 

Then it says in the select and mask there is something that in Italian they call "Visualise - On Black" and there is nothing in my PS.

At which point or at what time? You can also write in Italian since video is using Italian translation of Photoshop.
