Wait until the Mac Pro gets the M2 Apple Silicon chip.
The Mac Pro is still Intel, so the money you pay is not worth it when compared to the performance of the Mac Studio Max or Ultra and MacBook Pro, both of which have Apple silicon chips.
I wouldn't wait for a Mac Pro - the Mac Studio is powerful enough to handle professional level editing.
