Best way to equalise lighting across the whole card?

I have a collection of card photos that have been taken in uneven light. What's the best way to even out the lighting across the whole surface, please?

Yes, I can get the proper camera out with the off-camera flash but if I could find a way to get iphone photos right it would be a big time saver.

I would reshoot also, as that actually might save you more time. If not, I would use a curves adjustment layer with a gradient mask to equalize the image. If the cards are all the same in the way of imbalance, you might be able to just drag the adjustment layer to the other images. The other option would be to bring them into Camera Raw and use the gradient to make the correction, then apply that correct to the rest of the images.

Thanks for the suggestion. Gradient with lowered temp in Camera Raw filter worked well.

Excellent! That would have been the option I chose first.
