Hi All,

We are a small business that specialised in personalised photolockets. We currenltly use Photoshop to edit, resize and place our images in custom shapes however we have started to feel that the process we use to edit our photographs is a little bit clunky considering how many images we edit!

Does anyone have any tips on how to speed edit photographs into custom shape templates. Most of our templates are basic shapes like hearts or circles. It would be really great to automate the process in some way.

Any advice would be much appreciated and I can send over more information as required!

How do you do things now? Can you provide specific details, step-by-steps etc?

It may be possible to batch the process of fitting the image to a shape template if you had sorted the incoming files into matching groups or using appropriate filenames or metadata, however, they would still need to be tweaked to ensure that a critical detail such as an eye was not lost in the shape mask.

Providing a sample layered file or template would also help.
