beta 26.5

I too have the same problem.  I have rolled back to an earlier version, but this precludes having th latest Beta version.  Beta 26.5 refuses to work, but when I roll the version back one update it works fine other than nagging me to update to 26.5.  I have rolled back and reinstalled twice with the same results.  When prompted to keep or remove the previous setting thus far I have elected to keep them.  Windows 11 that is up to date is my operating system.
