Bevel Fx lost on merge

I have some Bevel Fx that disappear when the file is merged, flattened, exported etc.

I see this has been an itermittent issue for years, but my first experience with the issue.

File contains a basic bevel Fx on a rasterized texted layer. Doesn't matter if I create smart object, flatten, copy merged etc. All Fx are lost.

This is an important element that I need to present asap.

I know how to create the Fx manually, but need flexibilty in this developing graphic.

Suggestions appreciated.

Could you please post screenshots (pre- and post-flattening) taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
