Biblioteca não aparece no Photoshop

Há algum tempo, notei que o painel da Biblioteca não aparece no meu Photoshop. Já tentei diversas alteranitvas como redefinir o programa, desinstalar e instalar novamente e mesmo assim não aparece para mim. Isso acontece apenas no Photoshop visto que no Illustrator eu consigo acessar a Biblioteca. Há alguma alternativa para resolver?

Hi @Gustavo22712849v0am, welcome to the community!
When you get a chance, try going to Edit > Preferences > Plug-ins and make sure the box for "Load Extension Panels" is checked. After that, restart Photoshop to apply the change, then relaunch and check if the Libraries panel option is visible again under the Window menu.
