Bin icon keeps getting stuck in Photoshop v2021
Only seems to happen when working with large PSD files. Is this a known bug?

It's hard to say if it's a bug or not.
May have been back in the Photoshop 2021 release and got fixed with an update.
You don't want to update to a newer photoshop version like 2023/2024?
Can you post the contents of the Help>System Info from within Photoshop?
