Hiafter the last update, when I open PS, the cursor (little blue wheel) keeps blinking and I can't open anything. I have OS (W10) + PS on the disk. The disk capacity is 222GB and the free space is 22.3GB. I would like to ask for help. Thank you.

You likely don't have enough free hard drive space to run it.

Either free up some space o the drive or install a larger drive.

Can you tell us what you mean by "Photoshop on the disk"? What version of Photoshop do you have and why is it on a disk?

Thanks for the response. I'm not an IT expert, I'm just a user, so maybe my statements are not entirely accurate. I have the "photo plan (20GB)" version (PS,LR, etcetera). Regarding the information about the C drive (disc), I just wanted to say that I have both W10 and PS on the same drive and how much free space I have there. I hope my explanation is understandable.

Thanks for the advice. That's what I assumed but wasn't sure. Thanks again.
