Mac M1Max MacOs Monterey version 12.3.1
and
on my MacPro with Monterey Version 12.6 and Photoshop 24.0.1
I get red fields that flashes over the whole screen in photoshop.
Best regards Tomas Loven

Here are some suggestions from Adobe for GPU issues.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Flickering:-

Another possible option: Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

also this sometimes helps:

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)" - Restart Photoshop.

I hope this helps
