Black image from 3d spherical panorama

Hello!

I have an image 360x180 that I want to modify with Photoshop. When I go in 3d - spherical panorama - new panorama level from selected level I obtain a black image. Why? I tried with other images, the risult is the same. What's my mistake? I have 2020 version. thanks
