After reinstalling my computer anew from scratch, i was blocked from opening Adobe photoshop CS6. i am instead diverted to the Adobe sign in page to start a trial for Creative Suite 6 Design standard. I tried to reinstall CS6 (which we had purchased to run on several computers including my now defunct one), but installation failed, seemingly because of a missing file. this message was not associated with an error code, so its not clear to me how to fix the problem. i have two questions: why cant i use my original version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 and why could I not reinstall it ? help is appreciated.
