Bloqueo al usar la herramienta seleccionar

Cuando uso la herramienta seleccionar el programa se bloquea y debo cerrarlo en el administrador de tareas. He actualizado el controlador gráfico, que es compatible, he eliminado las preferencias y sigue igual. No puedo trabajar en el programa. ¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo? Windows 10
