Hello!

I am speaking from memory there, and possibly other people will correct me, but I am not sure the blur gallery was around when CS6 was released. Is the issue new and did you have it previously, or is this something you never tried?
Anyhow, if it was there, it should be within "filters"

The Blur Gallery was in CS6, Imaginerie. 😊 Here is a tutorial:

While the Filter menu did not say Blur Gallery, those words did appear in the upper right once you chose one of the three original filters.

They were destructive then as well. It was a couple of more versions until they worked with Smart Objects.

No Blur Gallery menu item in Photoshop CS6, just the three top entries in the Filter>Blur menu

open a "Blur Gallery" window.
