Are you inquiring out of a »general« curiosity or do you have a particular image you need to edit at current?

Lightroom has a AI denoise tool if you have the photo package or cc suite. Or if there are addons from companies like Topaz ( https://www.topazlabs.com/ ) that might be able to help with your needs.
